TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT - is taken with a valid credit card at time of booking to secure your accommodation. Otherwise your booking will not be secured.

2. CANCELLATIONS - However if needing to cancel BEFORE 2 days ( 48 hours ) prior to check-in, your card will be refunded the full amount. IF YOU HAVE BOOKED ONLINE THROUGH ANY BOOKING AGENCIES ( IE; BOOKING.COM OR OUR WEB PAGE YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR BOOKING USING THOSE SAME SERVICES ).

3. CHILD POLICY - 13 years & under CAN NOT book a room without a Guardian or Caregiver.

4. PETS - Includes Dogs/Reptiles/Mice/Cats/Birds etc - Under the QLD HEALTH Accreditation NO Pet/s are allowed entry to room - GUIDE DOGS who are LICENSED are exempt BUT must have ALL their documents.

Your pet/s are still welcome on our premises, BUT NEED TO STAY OUTSIDE on lead with your vehicle or sleep in your vehicle. In actual fact your pet feels more secure & familiar with something it is used too.

ALLERGIES & CLEANING REQUIREMENTS have to be accounted for with any guest/s who may suffer from this condition with a reaction from a pet in room.

AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE INCURRED TO THE GUEST IF THE PET CONDITIONS ARE NOT RESPECTED & OBEYED AS PER QLD HEALTH REGULATIONS.

5. CCTV - Security Surveillance is in place for peace of mind at Affordable Gold City Motel.

6. SMOKE/FIRE ALARMS - All rooms are fitted with regulation Smoke/Fire Alarms which are inter room connected - BE AWARE these alarms have sensitive sensors which NOT ONLY sensor burning/smoke BUT various other Substances such as Perfumes/Sprays/Too Cold Air Con/Hot Steam (Shower)/ some Medication/Drugs of various types - RESET by pressing the large Round HUSH BUTTON for 10 to 15 secs DO NOT DISMANTLE otherwise it will COST you $$$... Contact Manager if Alarm persists night or day.

7. SMOKING - All our rooms are Non Smoking & we have set aside areas not far from rooms for your relaxation and smoking needs. As per QLD Government guidelines please DO NOT SMOKE in common areas where smoking is not permitted

8. DAMAGE - Any damage to any of AGC Motel Property in rooms or outside on premises will be incurred by the said Guest/s or their associate/s in full.

9. NOISE - NO PARTIES OR LOUD BEHAVIOUR WILL BE TOLERATED ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT….. WEEKDAYS - During the week we have noise restrictions starting at 9:30pm. WEEKENDS - Our weekend noise restrictions start at 10:30 pm we expect guests to Always be mindful of other guests who pay for motel conveniences. Otherwise eviction will be dealt with on the spot by management.
